HOW LONG IS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING?
Shipping is 3-5 business days, depending on location. Orders are shipped out on Mondays only (excludes holidays). If the Monday falls on a holiday, your order will be shipped out on Tuesday.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
All orders are inspected prior to shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to customer service. Products will be examined and based on Hair by Ebunniee, an exchange will be given. There will be NO refunds on any products.
CAN BUNDLES BE BLEACHED/DYED?
OF COURSE! Your bundles are able to be lightened and dyed. Seek a professional as the Asian cuticle can be harder to lift.

WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?
Yes, all weft hair sheds but it should be minimal shedding. Proper care and proper hair products will give you results of long lasting extensions.
If you have Wavy, please make sure you're wrapping your hair at night with a silk scarf. Curly will need to be twisted at night. Avoid a lot of manipulating by using excessive heat, combing/brushing, chemicals, and products with a lot of alcohol.
